Whooooaaah, SanAndreasP has makes one of his mods named Turret Mod compatible with Minecraft 1.2.5. Well guys, do you know what turret mod exactly is? Well well, Turret Mod is a Mod that adds 7 types of defense turrets and a defense bot incl. 23 new items and 17 achievements into Minecraft. The turrets are grouped in tech stages T1 to T4, (actually) one unique type and one defense bot. So guys, this mod is perfect to defense your base from creeps or monsters attacks!. The Turret Book :

To open the book, just right click while holding it. This book contains all neccessary informations about all turret types and about the Turret Control Unit (TCU).You can craft the Turret Book with one book, one dispenser and one ink sack. The recipe is shapeless.

The Turret Item Book :

It’s like the Turret Book but it contains all neccessary informations about nearly all items in this mod.You can craft the Turret Item Book with one Turret Book and one Lapis Lazuli. The recipe is shapeless.

The Turret Control Unit (TCU) :

With the TCU, you can set the targets for all turrets, global and specific. You need only to right click while holding it and there will appear a GUI, where you can change the targets of the turrets (tamed wolves won’t seen as targets!)

fixed bug, in which sniper turrets don’t deal any damage, if the target setting is only set for these type of turrets.

How to Install Turret 1.2.5 Mod for Minecraft 1.2.5

Install ModLoader, AudioMod, ModLoaderMP and MinecraftForge, if it’s not happend yet. Tutorials for this are on the thread of the specific mod or on YouTube
Navigate to your .minecraft directory, i.e. C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Extract the archive you’ve downloaded somewhere, copy the extracted files/folders and paste them into the .minecraft folder
Answer all replacement questions (if they appear) with “Yes, all”.
Start Minecraft and have fun!
