Sim-U-Kraft 1.2.5 Mod. Sim-U-Kraft is a mod with aspects of ‘Sim city’ and ‘The Sims’ added to the single player game. Once this mod installed, you can start a new game or open an existing game and “Sim-U-Folks” (NPCs) will wander into town, you can then employ them to do a host of things, Builders, Miners, bakers, farmers, lumberjacks. Start off building houses, this will get you a daily rent income as they start to move in. Spend that money on employing more Sim-U-Folks.

The Sim-U-Folks may like each other so much, they’ll move in together, and (in a later version) have a few kiddies too. So if you want a little help in single player building a small town, or want to make a huge thriving metropolis, Sim-U-Kraft is here to help you. So interesting right ? Download and install Modloader
Download Sim-U-Kraft 1.2.5 Mod
Copy the file to your .minecraft/mods folder
Unzip the file right there, it creates a sub-folder, and a zip file (do not unzip that one).
Done
